The Yangon municipal authorities of Myanmar will renovate the astrology museum in Yangon to attract more visitors after it took over the management of the museum from the Ministry of Culture, according to Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC) Sunday.

I’m sitting at a bar in a cruise ship-style atrium wearing a dressing gown, listening to a Mexican band singing La Bamba. I’m surrounded by dozens of similarly dressed Japanese, most of whom are smiling and clapping along as if this is a perfectly normal way to spend a Friday night.

Tropical Fruit World, an agri-tourist farm, research park and tourist attraction located on Australia’s Gold Coast, is attempting to lure more Japanese tourists.
Aymon Gow, Operations Manager at Tropical Fruit World, has enlisted the help training and consulting company, TravConsult, to educate his team to successfully interact with Japanese tourists.

A Japanese businessman who trained for a 10-day flight aboard the International Space Station is suing the US-based space-tour operator, Space Adventures, to get back the US$25 million he paid for the flight. News.com.au has reported that Daisuke Enomoto, 37, completed his training and planned to fly to the station aboard a Russian Soyuz capsule in September 2006. However he was pulled from the three-member crew a month before liftoff, to be replaced by Dallas businesswoman Anousheh Ansari.
